Gurvinder Singh Chhabra (Vicky), born on 22nd May 1977, is a respected political leader and dedicated public servant.

He currently serves as Minister of State (Status) in the Government of Uttar Pradesh and is the Vice-Chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Punjabi Academy.

A committed member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), he began his journey in public life at the young age of 9 by joining the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Since then, his life has been devoted to social service, cultural promotion, and the upliftment of society.
